主播B：中秋是农历八月十五。

主播A：说到底，中国人过这个节，就在做一件事：抬头看月亮。

主播B：月亮有个特别的地方：分开的人，看的是同一个它。

主播A：一千多年前，诗人张九龄写过一句诗。

主播B："海上生明月，天涯共此时。"

主播A：能共享同一轮月亮，却共享不了一张桌子。

主播B：说到中秋，就绕不开月饼。

主播A：一块传统的双黄莲蓉月饼，热量大约七百千卡。

主播B：一碗米饭大约两百多千卡。所以一块月饼差不多等于三碗饭。

主播A：三条建议：切开分着吃，别当夜宵，配无糖的茶。

主播B：还有一点很多人会搞错："无糖月饼"通常只是不加蔗糖。

主播A：面粉和油脂都还在。所以"无糖"和"低热量"不是一回事。

主播B：再说两个关于月亮的小知识。

主播A：月亮圆缺的一个完整周期叫朔望月，平均29.53天。

主播B：它不是整数，所以有时候最圆的是十六那一晚。

主播A：另一件事：月球正在慢慢远离地球，平均每年大约3.8厘米。

主播B：听起来不多。但你现在看到的每一轮满月，都是只有我们这个时代才有的大小。

主播A：如果你中秋那天在学校，回不了家，我们想请你做两件小事。

主播B：抬头看十秒钟月亮。然后给家里打一个电话。

主播A：不用讲大道理，问一句"你们吃月饼了吗"就好。

主播A：Count from today, and count today itself, and you've got nine days to go.

主播B：To be fair, we just count it differently. In English we'd say eight days, and in Chinese we count today as day one.

主播A：So today, let's talk about the moon.

主播B：The festival falls on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month.

主播A：When it comes down to it, this festival is about one thing: looking up at the moon.

主播B：Here's the thing about the moon — people who are far apart are looking at the same one.

主播A：More than a thousand years ago, the poet Zhang Jiuling wrote a line.

主播B："The bright moon rises over the sea; far apart, we share this moment."

主播A：We can share the same moon, but not the same table.

主播B：Now, no Mid-Autumn talk would be complete without mooncakes.

主播A：A traditional double-yolk mooncake comes in at about seven hundred kilocalories.

主播B：A bowl of rice is about two hundred, so one mooncake is roughly three bowls.

主播A：Three tips: cut it up and share it, don't have it late at night, and go for plain tea.

主播B：And here's the bit people get wrong: "sugar-free" mooncakes usually just mean no added sugar.

主播A：The flour and the oil are still in there, so "sugar-free" is not the same as "low-calorie".

主播B：Now, two small things about the moon.

主播A：A lunation is one full cycle of the moon, and it averages 29.53 days.

主播B：That's not a whole number, so sometimes the sixteenth is the fuller night.

主播A：Another thing: the Moon is drifting about 3.8 centimetres further from Earth every year.

主播B：That doesn't sound like much, but every full moon you see is a size only our era gets.

主播A：If you're at school that night, we've got two small things to ask.

主播B：Look up at the moon for ten seconds, then call someone at home.

主播A：No big speech needed — just ask, "Have you had mooncakes yet?"
